Generous Pinot Noir from the Loire’s Central Vineyards. This wine was matured half in large oak casks, half in tank and, blended after a year. A lovely expression of the grape, with full colour, hints of Morello cherry, a supple, ripe finish and smooth tannins. Aging for 12 months 50% in casks and 50% in 600-litre barrels. 100% Pinot Noir Sancerre.
