Return Process

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with your order number and details of the issue.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Attach a digital copy of your receipt and clear photographs of the product, including the label and any visible damage or defects.
- 3.Secure the Goods
Keep the item in its original packaging; for wine or spirits, the bottle must remain sealed and at least three-quarters full for quality assessment.
- 4.Collection or Drop-off
Once approved, return the item to our Camperdown storefront or follow our instructions for a courier collection at no additional cost to you.
