are intensely aromatic, powerful clones. These clones represent the ripest fruit from our ripest plot. Vines were heavily de-leafed following veraison.
Fruit was 100% destemmed and cold soaked for 14 days prior to wild fermentation.Ā Following fermentation, the wine was matured in first-class French oak barriques, 38% new. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
