The extremely limited Cracker Barrels is the result of winemaker Ashleigh Seymour selecting up to 4 barrels which she considers to be of the highest quality or ‘Crackers' each vintage. The barrels are 100% French with no new oak. The wine has terrific intensity and depth of flavour, supported by subtle oak which makes this powerful Shiraz with small blend of Cabernet a pleasure to drink now and well into the future.
